Advanced Open Water Programs
If you are planning to do a few dives during your stay on Kauai, this is an ideal course to take as the price for the course is the same as 5 dives plus your student materials and PIC. Learn new skills while diving Kauai.
Our Advanced Open Water Diver course consists of 5 dives: 2 core dives, Navigation and Deep and 3 electives. For the electives we suggest the U/W Naturalist, Boat Diver and Night Diver. Previous students have said that these dives are the best mix for diving Kaua'i.
Here on Kauai we're not able to teach some of
the elective dives due to logistics. - Wreck - no wrecks on Kauai,
Altitude - we're at sea level, Ice - none here, Dry Suit, etc....
If you are either an Open Water Certified Dive or an Advanced Open Water Diver, you can increase your Diving skills by opting for a Specialty course while you are staying in Kauai.
Dive Kauai Scuba Center can offer almost any PADI or TDI/SDI Recognized Specialty, and is certainly a more cost-effective way to dive. Choose from the table below.
